College Avenue will transform into a street festival focusing on the retail merchants, businesses and services located in Oakland's Rockridge District. We'll be there with the trike serving ice cream brownie sandwiches more. Plus, there will b live music, a chef stage, Market Hall's Picnic in the Street, wellness tent, kid's area, lots of gourmet food & beverage booths, street entertainment and more.
