White Peach

White Peaches have a very different flavor profile than the more familiar Yellow variety. The white peach is more delicate with a slight floral sweetness at times. With hints of pink it turns a pretty blush color when blended. I enjoy this flavor on it's own to really savor the delectable and delightful experience. We purchase the fruit at it's peak from a local farm. Be sure to try it if you see it. It's dreamy!
